Read text more exactly with Accessibility
With the Accessibility permission, the direct edition of DejaVu reads text straight from the window, which is faster and more exact than reading the picture. It is optional.
Some apps built on Chrome or Electron expose their text only after DejaVu has asked them once; that happens automatically.
- Open System Settings › Privacy & Security › Accessibility.
- Turn on DejaVu.
- No restart needed: DejaVu picks it up within a minute.
